Cause:
You have no rights to install the software on your computer
Solution:
Get the administrator to enter the required information.
- R/W in the CartWinPro directory for every user
- R/W in the windows directory for CartWinPro 3.5 related files
- R/W in the registry for CartWinPro 4.0 related files
- R/W in the C:\Windows for the entry of the user ID and activation code (Windows XP)
The search buttons are greyed out
Cause:
You have no read/write permission in the data directories of CartWinPro .
Solution:
The administrator has to grant you the required access (see above). |
