Rights management:

Over 95% of all questions concerning the installation of CartWinPro can be solved with the read/write permition of the user.

The user has to have READ/WRITE capability in the

• Cartwinpro program directory + subdirectories
• CartWinPro data directory + subdirectories
• CartWinPro registry entries

Data Directory:

We strongly suggest to leave the data directory in the C:\CW40Data folder! Changing it to C:\Program Files (x86) or similar will cause problems with later updates. Windows will pretend to store the new update in the right directory but in reality it will not.
